PHARMAQO - MK677 (IBUTAMOREN) - 2X 60 tabs (25 mg capsules)

Very pleased with the quality of this product. Was my first time using MK677, dosed it at 25 mg/day. I responded extremely well. Within the first couple days I had an extreme increase in appetite and little to no negative sides. The appetite increase was similar to dosing ghrp6 multiple times a day. Was easily taking in 4-5K cals daily of mostly clean food.

I was waking up in the middle of the night with hunger pains and I had to eat or else I couldn't go back to sleep. Normally I don't like eating in the middle of the night, the lining in your stomach need to recover but in this case I had no choice. I got a little bit of acid reflux in the beginning due to overeating, used some natural remedies to combat it. These were the only negatives. I did not get that major lethargy other people complain about.

After four weeks of use the increase in appetite began to diminish, I was no longer waking to eat and by week six the appetite effects of the drug began to really wear off. I tapered off for a couple weeks and dropped it completely at week eight, cut back on my calories to give my gut a rest. Went back on at week ten, and the effects were very minimal by then.

After this trial run, I think for me the best way to dose it would be to pulse it four weeks on and two weeks off. IMO this is a better and cheaper alternative to ghrp6, the hunger increase was greater and sustained over a 24 hour period.
